By using Pausd, you agree to these terms. Pausd is operated by Creayo Dev LLC.
The app
Pausd is an impulse purchase cooldown timer for iPhone. It helps you track what you want to buy, wait before purchasing, and see your spending patterns. It doesn't provide financial advice.
Subscriptions
Pausd requires a paid subscription after a 3-day free trial. Two plans are available:
- Monthly: $7.99 per month
- Yearly: $59.99 per year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trial
Both plans include a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you'll be charged. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions.
Managing your subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription in the iOS Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pausd. You can also manage subscriptions through the Pausd app's Settings screen.
Your content
Items you add to Pausd (names, prices, photos, notes) are your content. It's stored on your device. We don't access, view, or use your content.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app. Don't use it for anything illegal.
Disclaimer
Pausd is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it'll save you money, change your spending habits, or work without interruption. Savings figures shown in the app are based on items you marked as "passed" and represent potential savings, not guaranteed outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creayo Dev LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pausd. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We can update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and note it in the App Store listing. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
